Note 1:

A 20% Family/Office Registration discount for Full Conference and Daily Conference is available for all additional registrations for members of the same family or office attending conference sessions with a regular attendee. Please use the appropriate cart button, below, to add registrations (set quantity when viewing shopping cart, and provide names in the memo field at checkout).

Note 2:

Registration fees this year are listed in US Dollars. Hotel rates are specified in Canadian Dollars, and are exclusive of any hotel service charges or local taxes.

Registration fees do not include hotel accommodations. Please book your hotel stay using this direct booking link or by telephone: 800-830-5222 or 403-250-1800. Use the booking code "0913WARPST" to get the conference rate. (King or Two Double: $119 CAD/night; Suite: $134 CAD/night)

Note 4:

If you are in need of any special services (ground floor accommodations, grab bars, personal assistance, etc.), you should direct your request to the hotel when making your reservation.

Note 5:

Warpstock has arranged for the group rate to apply for "a few" days prior and "a few" days following the event (so-called "shoulder" or "side" days). However, in order to get the group rate, it is necessary to phone the hotel, as the online booking system is only capable of handling the actual dates for the event.

Exhibition space is not available for this year's event.
