Note 4: Registrations for packages FS3, FS2, G3, and G2 received after July 15th will be placed on a wait list for room availability at the hotel. If there are no rooms available, Warpstock will automatically convert the registration to a package DF+DS or DF+DS+DSu (2 or 3-day commuter), and refund the difference. Such registrants will need to make arrangements for lodging at a nearby hotel or motel at their own expense.

Note 5: Additional nights before and after the event may be requested via email to registration [AT] warpstock [DOT] org. The conference rate will be honored for two days before and two days following Warpstock, and on an as-available basis. Requests for additional nights will be forwarded to the hotel in the order in which they are received. If you require more than two nighta on either side of the event, we will attempt to accommodate you.

Note 6: Guest registrations (packages G3 or G2) are available only with the purchase of the corresponding package FS3 or FS2.

Note 7: All full conference registrations (packages FS3 and FS2) submitted by 12:00am, July 16, 2012 will automatically be entered in a drawing to win a $275 rebate against the conference registration. Full details are available on the drawing page.
